The terms that apply to bookings and purchases with Quantum Temple.

About these terms

These terms apply to bookings and purchases with Quantum Temple, 1140 SW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33130 (“Quantum Temple”, “we”), whether made on this website or through Mindbody or SweatPals. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings and payment

Classes, sessions, packages, memberships and events are booked and paid through Mindbody or SweatPals, whose own terms also apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars and can change, but you always pay the price shown when you book.

Packages

Session packages (including the 2, 3 and 5 session packages and The Blossom Series) are valid for the period shown at purchase and are for the person who bought them.

Unlimited Membership

The Unlimited Membership renews automatically every month. You can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Cancelling a class or session

You can cancel a class or a 1:1 session up to 24 hours before it starts and keep your session credit or payment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and missed sessions, use the session.

NO MIND Sound Healing Certification

  • A $300 deposit holds your place. The remaining balance is due by October 9, 2026.
  • All sales are final. Your deposit and any balance you pay are non-refundable, whether you cancel or do not attend.
  • Each day builds on the one before, so attendance on all three days is required to receive the certificate.
  • The certificate is a certificate of completion issued by Quantum Temple. It is not a certification accredited by a government or official educational body.

If we cancel or reschedule

If Quantum Temple cancels or moves a class, session, event or training, you can choose either a full refund of what you paid for it, or a transfer to the new date.

Your health

Sound healing, meditation and movement practices are complementary wellness practices. They are not medical care and do not replace advice or treatment from a doctor or licensed professional. Please tell your facilitator before your session if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, epilepsy, a heart condition, or any condition that sound, vibration or physical movement could affect. Consult your doctor if you are unsure.

In the studio

Please arrive on time and follow your facilitator’s guidance. We may refuse or end participation where someone’s behaviour affects other participants’ safety or experience.

Liability

You take part in sessions voluntarily and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Quantum Temple is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Florida law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
