Why NO MIND exists
Technique alone was not enough.
I am the founder of Quantum Temple in Brickell, where I have personally facilitated more than 600 sound experiences for over 5,000 participants, alongside years of one-to-one work with more than 250 private clients.
After hundreds of sessions, I realized mastery was never about memorizing which instrument to play next. It was about listening. NO MIND exists to teach what took years of real facilitation to understand: sound is not controlled, it is listened to.

For sound to reach another person, it first has to move through you without resistance. That takes presence and a mind empty of the constant need to control what happens. NO MIND does not stop at technique. We explore how energy, chakras, and the subtle body are woven into vibration, and we ask bigger questions too, like how perception, consciousness, and our experience of time change through sound. Not as closed answers, but as an invitation to look deeper.

- How sound takes shape: rhythm, proportion, space, and intensity
- Chakras and subtle-body maps as traditional frameworks for working with sound
- Tibetan singing bowls: note systems, technique, and building a sequence
- Crystal bowls, chimes, and bells
- Building a sound wave with another student, and facilitating silence without rushing to fill it

Learn to let go.
- The grammar of the gong: strike point, mallet, and pressure — not a list to memorize
- Voice as the one instrument you always have with you
- Setting up the room, consent, and reading strong emotional reactions

- Knowing when to hold, and when to refer someone to another professional
- Creating and facilitating your first 20-minute journey, with real-time feedback

The Instrument Lab
What happens when you change one variable? You experiment with each one at a time — mallet, then pressure, then speed — and learn through direct listening instead of copying a sequence.

You are not memorizing instruments. You are learning how sound behaves.
By the end of the three days, you will have
- A real foundation in the science and energetics of sound, and the clarity to tell one from the other.
- The ability to play Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and gong safely and with intention.
- Your own way of listening to any instrument, even one you have never seen before.
- The foundations of ethical facilitation, and how to hold space without carrying someone else’s outcome.
- The experience of having led your first practice in front of a group.
- Your own manual, a certificate, and a community to keep practicing with.
The strongest graduates may be invited to join the Quantum Temple facilitator team.

- You are looking for a fixed set of techniques to repeat, instead of learning to listen.

No. NO MIND is a foundational level. You just need curiosity and a willingness to listen in a different way.
No. You will practice with Quantum Temple’s instruments throughout the training.
A certificate of completion issued by Quantum Temple. It is not a certification accredited by a government or official educational body.
Each day builds on the one before, so full attendance across all three days is required to receive the certificate.
It could. The strongest graduates are sometimes invited to join the facilitator team, based on how they show up during the training. Not guaranteed for everyone, but a real path some graduates take.
