Elemental Yoga is an immersive movement experience inspired by the four elements that live within the body. Each class guides you through grounding earth-based postures, fluid water sequences, expansive breathwork, and energizing fire flows, creating a complete journey of embodiment and renewal.

This is more than a yoga class — it is a ritual of reconnection. Through intentional movement, breath, sound, and atmosphere, the nervous system softens, tension releases, and awareness returns to the body as temple.

All levels are welcome. No previous experience is needed, only the willingness to feel and explore.
